Louisa takes her time to talk with me about my diet and habits all to more globally assess the needs of my skin & to make sure that both her choice of products and techniques correspond to my individual needs. All while making me feel comfortable and not judged. Then the actual facial was so choreographed & relaxing that I felt more like having a massage since each product that was introduced as part of the facial was accompanied with its specific sequence and movements that felt great. Probably why the end result was my face looking bright and radiant, my eyes no longer puffy and my neck and décolleté firmer as if I had a face lift that wiped off few years. Since I travel for work extensively I had facials done throughout the world but the one with Louisa is still my best experience.

I was super impressed with the care and attention I received with my facial using the Remodeling Face machine. Louisa welcomed me in with a friendly smile - first impressions count so much! During the facial I was able to completely relax in an ambient room and Louisa's calming and professional manner.
